Appointment:

To schedule an appointment, please use our online booking service on this website.

If you wish to add any optional plans, please include your request in the message column when booking your services.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can also cancel directly from your account on the online booking service.

 

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 100% of the

reserved services.

 

Late Arrivals:

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
